[Responsibilities]
- Lead next-generation payload discovery and development projects for Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADCs)
- Analyze emerging trends in ADC payload technologies and evaluate internalization of novel platforms
- Design and develop small molecule-based modalities including Targeted Protein Degraders (TPD) and novel immune stimulators
- Draft patents and develop intellectual property (IP) strategies to support pipeline advancement
[Basic Qualifications (Required)]
- Proven experience in drug discovery within global research institutes, pharmaceutical companies, or biotech organizations
- Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related synthetic chemistry field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in small molecule drug discovery or IND-enabling studies
- Hands-on experience in ADC, DAC, TPD, or ISAC research and development
[Preferred Qualifications]
- Experience as a project leader or team lead in ADC-related programs
- Direct experience in IND filing for ADC development projects

- Competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications; salary will be determined through negotiation, with potential for up to a 30% increase over the candidate’s current base salary
- Eligibility for stock option grant of up to KRW 100 million
