    • M.S. or Ph.D. in Biology, Immunology, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field
    • Approximately 5 years of industry experience in immuno-oncology or antibody-based biologics research
    • Strong expertise in cancer cell culture and cell-based assay design and execution
    • Hands-on experience in T cell/PBMC co-culture-based in vitro killing assays with quantitative readouts
    • Proficiency in flow cytometry for immune profiling (e.g., activation, exhaustion markers) and data analysis
    • Demonstrated ability to optimize assay conditions, troubleshoot technical challenges, and ensure experimental reproducibility
    • Self-driven, execution-focused mindset with strong ownership of projects and the ability to translate data into actionable decisions

    [Preferred Qualifications]

    • Hands-on experience in T cell engager (TCE) development, with a leading role in at least one stage from design to in vitro proof-of-concept (POC) and/or lead optimization
    • Experience comparing different TCE formats and mechanisms, including affinity tuning, CD3 arm design, and safety considerations
    • Advanced mechanism-of-action (MOA) characterization experience (e.g., phospho-flow, activation signaling analysis, immune synapse/engagement quantification, target density-dependent activity assessment)
    • Experience evaluating cytokine release and over-activation risks from an in vitro safety perspective
    • Track record of scientific achievements, including publications and/or patents
    • Experience in regulatory documentation for TCE or immuno-oncology antibody programs, including FDA and/or MFDS IND submissions
    • Eligibility for the Korean Alternative Military Service Program (Specialized Research Personnel) and ability to work in Korea
