Head of New Modality Center

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of research scientists to progress therapeutic programs with multiple modalities (including antibody-drug conjugate, peptide-drug conjugate, degrader-antibody conjugate, aptamers, nanoparticles).
• Managing and leading up several Open Innovation programs with novel modalities across therapeutic areas
• Develop and adapt experimental assays and systems to test drug candidates with various modalities

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in biology, biochemistry, molecular biology, cell biology, immunology, neuroscience, or a related scientific discipline.
• 8 or more years of industry experience
• 5 or more years of experience leading a research team

Requirements

• Well versed communication skills within cross-functional teams
• Fluent English conversations to lead up global collaborations
• Candidates with IND filing experience with antibody-drug conjugate, peptide-drug conjugate or
• nanoparticle modality are preferred
