Job Title
Securing a research leader capable of connecting non‑clinical and clinical studies and driving data analysis/interpretation for early‑phase drug development
Responsibilities
- Work closely with other R&D departments, such as ADC and IO and cross-functional teams across the organization, including DMPK.
- Develop and implement new computational pipelines for single-cell analysis, spatial biology, and multi-omics data integration, etc.
- Design scalable bioinformatics workflows for high-throughput sequencing and multi-omics datasets.
- Apply machine learning and statistical modeling to large-scale biological data.
- Collaborate with immunologists, biologists, and data scientists to support LCB's research and development.
Qualifications
- Over 10 years of experience in the development or translational research of ADCs or immuno‑oncology therapies
- PhD or higher degree in Biology, Computational Biology, Biostatistics, or a closely related field
- At least 5 years of overseas experience, with strong English communication skills and no language barriers
Requirements
- Proven ability in data analysis using scripting/programming languages such as R and Python
- Extensive experience in developing data processing/analysis pipelines, managing bioinformatics tools, and handling biological data
- Comprehensive understanding of the entire drug development process, including regulatory requirements for non‑clinical and clinical evaluations
