DS team / Senior Scientist

Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end CMC management of ADC programs, including GMP material
• production oversight at CDMOs and phase-appropriate process management of small molecule and linker-payloads
• Manage non-GMP starting materials and intermediates, as well as GMP manufacturing of linker-payloads
• Lead CTD preparation for linker-payloads used in ADC manufacturing and for small-molecule clinical programs
• Conduct impurity identification and impurity fate and purge studies to support process understanding and regulatory submissions

Qualifications

• Major : Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry or related Fields
• Master or PhD

Requirements

• Understand CTD, Quality Control, Research and development of New Drug(ADC)
• Laboratory Experience: Medicinal Chemistry
