Job Title
Expansion of project leaders to drive next-generation ADC development strategies based on novel payload-linker platforms from a biological perspective
Responsibilities
- Identification and prioritization of novel oncology targets suitable for ADC applications
- Functional validation of targets, securing proof-of-concept (POC), and evaluation based on ADC mechanisms of action
- Establishment of development strategies and efficacy evaluation systems for ADCs utilizing new payload/linker platforms
- Leading research collaboration and communication with the Chemistry Center and Translational Research (TR) departments
- Analysis of the latest ADC target and platform trends, and evaluation of new technology adoption
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in a biology-related field such as Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Immunology, or Oncology
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in ADC or antibody-based therapeutic development after obtaining a Ph.D.
- Experience in projects involving discovery and validation of ADC pipelines
Requirements
- Strong capability in identifying novel targets
- Ability to define development directions for ADCs incorporating new payload–linker platforms
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in multidisciplinary environments
- Expertise in experimental design and data interpretation based on tumor biology
- Self-driven leadership with the ability to independently manage projects while fostering collaboration
