    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced scientist to join our Pharmacometrics and Translational Sciences team. The successful candidate will be responsible for PK/PD modeling, dose selection, and translational strategy across multiple therapeutic modalities including antibodies, conjugates (ADC/DAC/AOC), and peptide/RNA therapeutics.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and apply PK/PD models to support discovery, preclinical, and clinical-stage programs. 

    • Perform translational modeling from in vitro and in vivo data to predict human pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and efficacious dose ranges. 

    • Integrate diverse datasets (e.g., PK, biomarker, efficacy, safety) to inform decision-making. 

    • Collaborate with biology, pharmacology, and clinical members to define PK/PD endpoints and study designs. 

    • Support IND-enabling strategies, including dose justification and regulatory documentation. 

    • Communicate results in written and verbal form, including presentations at internal and external meetings and preparation of scientific reports.


    Requirements

    • Degree in pharmacometrics, pharmacokinetics, biomedical engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, applied mathematics, or related discipline. 

    • PhD with 0+ years, or MS with 3+ years of experience in PK/PD modeling or pharmacometrics. 

    • Hands-on experience with modeling and simulation tools such as: 

    Phoenix WinNonlin, NONMEM, Monolix or similar platforms 

    • Understanding of biologics PK/PD, including antibodies and/or novel modalities. 

    • Language: Fluent in Korean, and professional working proficiency in English.
