    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced scientist to join our peptide and RNA engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, optimization, and characterization of peptide- and/or RNA-based therapeutics, including discovery, screening, and functional validation.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and engineer therapeutic peptides (e.g., linear, cyclic, stapled peptides) and/or RNA modalities (e.g., mRNA, siRNA, antisense oligonucleotides).

    • Perform library design and screening (e.g., phage display, mRNA display, in vitro selection) for peptide or RNA hit identification.

    • Optimize candidates for potency, specificity, stability, and developability (e.g., serum stability, PK/PD properties, delivery compatibility).

    • Contribute to delivery strategy development for RNA or peptide therapeutics.

    • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams for preclinical development.

    • Communicate results in written and verbal form, including presentations at internal and external meetings and preparation of scientific reports.


    Requirements

    • Degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, chemistry, RNA biology, biotechnology, or related discipline. 

    • PhD with 0+ years, or MS with 3+ years of relevant experience in peptide engineering, RNA therapeutics, or related fields. 

    • Hands-on experience in one or more of the following: Peptide design and screening and /or RNA design and engineering 

    • Understanding of drug delivery strategies for peptides or nucleic acids is preferred. 

    • Language: Fluent in Korean, and professional working proficiency in English.
