■ Job Description:
ST Pharm Co., Ltd., a global leader in RNA CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization), is looking for talented and dedicated Research Scientists to join our dynamic Analytical Method Development team. The selected candidates will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and validating cutting-edge analytical methods for diverse molecules, including small molecules and RNA molecules such as oligonucleotides and mRNAs. This role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
■ Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and optimize analytical methods for small molecules and RNA molecules, including oligonucleotides and mRNAs. Experience with peptides and proteins is considered a plus.
● Utilize advanced LC-MS techniques for analysis, characterization, and validation.
● Ensure strict compliance with GMP standards and regulatory requirements.
● Lead and manage teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients through effective communication and collaboration.
■ Qualifications:
● Education:
- Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
- Master’s degree acceptable with substantial relevant experience.
■ Experience & Expertise:
● Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on analytical method development and optimization.
● Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with LC-MS analytical techniques.
● Strong understanding of GMP processes and regulatory requirements.
■ Skills:
● Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities to manage teams and projects effectively.
● Outstanding communication skills to interact with international clients and foster productive relationships.
