Job Description
ST Pharm is seeking talented and team-oriented scientists at various levels of expertise in process organic chemistry and analytical chemistry to join its R&D division. This role involves developing synthesis and purification processes for a wide range of molecular modalities, including small molecules, oligonucleotides, peptides, and conjugates such as peptide/protein/antibody-oligo conjugates.
Responsibilities
Scientist level:

Develop process chemistry and analytical methods for APIs, including small molecules, oligonucleotides, peptides, and various conjugates.

Author and contribute to technical documents such as tech transfer reports, patents, scientific papers, and regulatory submissions.
Managers/Director level:
-
Lead, mentor, and develop a team/center of process chemists to drive high performance and innovation.

Oversee the development and scale-up of APIs across multiple modalities.
Requirements:

Master's or Ph.D. in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field.

Industry experience in process chemistry or analytical method development is highly desirable.

Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving capabilities.
