Dong-A ST is a healthcare innovator. Currently, our R&D is at the cusp of an inflection point to expand our presence not only in Korea but also at the global level. We are committed to broadening our presence in the Oncology and Inflammatory Disease area while actively seeking business opportunities to revamp our capability. In-house, we are building groups of scientists with advanced capabilities in the areas of medicinal chemistry, disease biology, and translational research. Last year, we launched our first Innovation Center in CIC/Boston to strengthen our capabilities in the space of fast-growing gene therapy field and network into bio ecosystems there. Looking ahead, we remain focused on expanding our presence in Oncology and Inflammatory Diseases, pursuing strategic opportunities to drive growth in the global market.

Key responsibility:
- Lead teams of basic research/preclinical/translational research teams in the field of oncology
(primary) and inflammation
Preferred qualifications:
- Over 5 years of experience in the R&D of the global pharmaceutical industry
- Ph.D. degree with strong Postdoctoral training and expertise in basic research/ preclinical/
- translational research in the field of oncology/immunology/inflammation
- Experience with NCE/NBE/ATMP in global pharmaceutical companies or biotech in US or Europe
- Experience in preclinical/translational research on ADC, DDR or xRNA/Genetic Medicines strongly preferred
- Fluent in Korean and English
