Job Title
Analytical Chemist
Key Responsibility
- Develop scientifically sound and valid analytical methods for synthetic molecules to support clinical and commercial manufacturing
- Validate analytical methods in compliance with ICH guidelines and customer requirements
- Transfer analytical methods from laboratory to QC in collaboration with QC teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally with process chemists, QA/QC, engineering, and project management to support client projects
- Facilitate regular technical meetings with international customers
- Stay current with advances in analytical technologies
- Sample analysis:
Support process development
Characterize and register reference materials
Identify unknown impurities
Analyze genotoxic & elemental impurities at/under ppm/ppb level
Analyze and characterize peptide
Study preliminary stability
Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry or a related discipline
- 2+ years of post-doctoral experience and/or industrial experience in analytical development preferred
- Strong expertise in analytical chemistry with troubleshooting
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of GMP regulations or familiarity with QbD tools
- Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional team with strong communication skill
- Proficiency in a second language
