We are searching for Professor / Sr. Researcher / Researcher in the CGT (Cell and Gene Therapy) area to lead the next generation of bio-health innovations based on convergent CGT competencies. This position is based within CHA Bio/Medical Group, reporting directly to the R&D team.
Key responsibilities
• Research and development of cell and gene therapy and technologies across the focus therapeutic areas (mainly stem cell related area)
• R&D project planning/management
• Act as a representative of CHA Bio/Medical Group in scientific meetings with external parties
• Design, execute, record, and analyze the data from experiments
• Present research at meetings and seminars
• Perform literature reviews and collaborate to evaluate new technologies
• Manage resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of project goals
• Have flexibility for new and additional duties/responsibilities as the organization grows
Qualifications (required):
• Ph.D. degree in Stem cell, Genetics, Immunology, Oncology, or related field
• 1~5 years of work experience in the bio-healthcare industry
• Preferred
- Demonstrated experience as a lead scientist in stem cell based, cell-based exosome, or gene therapies within the biotech sector
- Technical depth and understanding of cell and gene therapies, including stem cell based or exosome mediated, are strongly preferred
- Fluent in English
- Excellent skills in statistics, presentation, and communication
