[Job Description]
Marketing Planning: To develop the operating plan for designated products for promotional campaigns in line with the marketing strategy.
Forecasting: To use modeling or forecasting tools with the help of the team leader to forecast future trends and business needs.
Implementation of Plans: To ensure effective implementation of designated promotional plans to achieve desired business outcomes.
Monitoring and Control: To monitor progress against designated promotional plans to ensure corrective action can be taken if deviations occur.
Cross Functional Working: To contribute to the work of cross functional product teams to facilitate a cohesive approach to the marketing and sales of the products.
Market Intelligence: To analyze and interpret market intelligence from a range of sources, including market research to ensure that knowledge is up to date and appropriate for input into decision making.
Training: To train sales representatives over products, competitors and other marketing materials (product slides) in collaboration with sales trainer(s) and other department such as medical.
[Job Requirements]
Over 2 years’ marketing experience (strongly preferably in pharmaceutical or other healthcare industry)
Bachelor or above degree
Fluency in spoken and written English
Good cross-functional and communication skill
Competent in computer (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet etc.)
