포지션 : The Head of Global BD(Business Development)

[Job Description]

• 1.      Handle business development and prospect for new opportunities through qualification of leads, conducting sales presentations, hosting demonstrations, identification and closing sales opportunities
• 2.      Manage new accounts and opportunities including routine contact as well as discern service concerns
• 3.      Forecast future activity, expand service offering and explore new opportunities within existing and new accounts
• 4.      Identify client targets and management contacts
• 5.      Provide a consultative sales approach by emphasizing value-added sales, service and financial savings
• 6.      Oversee sales forecasting and reporting processes
• 7.      Record contact information for customers and prospects

[지원자격 ]

• 1.      BS in Life Sciences and related fields.
• 2.      10+ years of CMO business development experience (both direct sales and sales management roles) selling to the biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies
• 3.      Proven sales and management track record of business development within biological CMO sector
• 4.      Ability to gather market intelligence and recognize market opportunities and willing to take risks when opportunity knocks
• 5.      In-depth understanding of the entire  biological drug development processes as well as manufacturing process 
• 6.      Knowledge of GMP guidelines (FDA and  ICH )
• 7.      Excellent network of pharmaceutical, biotechnology and CMO industry contacts
• 8.      Experience in a key CMO/pharmaceutical operational function (e.g. data management, clinical operations, laboratory and pre-clinical)
• 9.      Proven sales and management track record of business development within biological CMO sector
