Responsibility
l Engineering and Optimization of Toxin Protein Functions
l Structure- and Sequence-based Variant Design (In silico/Rational Design)
l In vitro Efficacy Evaluation of Candidates and Protein-Protein Interaction (PPI) Analysis
l De novo Protein Design using AI/ML-based tools (AlphaFold, RFdiffusion, ProteinMPNN, etc.)
l Protein Structural Modeling and Molecular Dynamics Simulation using Rosetta and GROMACS
l Literature/Patent exploration for trend analysis, patent filing, and SCI manuscript
l Preparation and Review of Regulatory Documentation and Research Reports
Qualifications
l Ph.D. in Structural Biology, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Molecular Biology
l Proven track record in structure-based protein engineering
l Experience in recombinant protein development and microbial production systems
l Relevant experience within the pharmaceutical industry or research institutions.
