This is a shared use sublet with some dedicated space and some shared. There is some flexibility as to how much space we can offer.

Total square footage of the entire space is 2,850 of which approximately 1,100 is lab space

One 4-person bench for use of the subtenant.

One private office/conference room.

One or two Workstations in the shared office, the number is flexible

Access through a booking system of:

Biosafety cabinets

Additional conference room

Potential dedicated use of a shaker incubator

Shared use of -80 ULF, -20 freezer, and refrigerator

Potential dedicated use of undercounter refrigerators
