● 독소 단백질의 기능 개량/최적화
● 구조/서열 기반 변이설계 (Insilico/Rational)
● 후보물질의 in vitro 효능 평가 및 단백질 PPI(Protein-Protein interaction) 분석
● AI/ML 기반 도구(AlphaFold, RFdiffusion, ProteinMPNN 등)를 활용한 de novo 단백질 설계
● Rosetta, GROMACS 등을 이용한 단백질 구조 모델링 및 분자동역학 시뮬레이션
● 문헌/특허 검색을 통한 최신 동향 파악 및 특허 출원, SCI 논문 작성
● Regulatory documentation (연구문서 작성 및 검토)
자격
● 구조생물학, 생명과학, 약학, 분자생물학 등 관련 분야 박사 학위자
● 구조기반 단백질 엔지니어링 전공/경력자 우대
● 미생물 이용 재조합 단백질 연구 경험자
● 제약회사 및 제약 관련기관 유경험자

Responsibility
● Engineering and Optimization of Toxin Protein Functions
● Structure- and Sequence-based Variant Design (In silico/Rational Design)
● In vitro Efficacy Evaluation of Candidates and Protein-Protein Interaction (PPI) Analysis
● De novo Protein Design using AI/ML-based tools (AlphaFold, RFdiffusion, ProteinMPNN, etc.)
● Protein Structural Modeling and Molecular Dynamics Simulation using Rosetta and GROMACS
● Literature/Patent exploration for trend analysis, patent filing, and SCI manuscript
● Preparation and Review of Regulatory Documentation and Research Reports
Qualifications
● Ph.D. in Structural Biology, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Molecular Biology
● Proven track record in structure-based protein engineering
● Experience in recombinant protein development and microbial production systems
● Relevant experience within the pharmaceutical industry or research institutions.
