● 자가면역질환 및 항암 치료 바이오신약에 대한 실무적 관리 (연구 진행 방향 설정, 실험 디자인, 결과에 대한 피드백, 문제 해결) 및 과제 평가, 신규 과 제 도출
● 자가면역질환 및 항암 치료 바이오신약에 대한 참여 인원 관리 및 평가
● 자가면역질환 및 항암 치료 바이오신약에 대한 연구개발 히스토리 관리 및 각종 regulatory documentation
자격
● 면역학, 항체 공학, 분자생물학 전공 박사
● 바이오의약품(항체 포함) 연구/개발 관련 경력 7 년 이상
● 원활한 영어 커뮤니케이션

Location > Medytox Gwanggyo R&D Center, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea
Responsibility
● Provide hands-on management for R&D programs in autoimmune diseases and oncology (Leading research direction, experimental design, result feedback, and troubleshooting).
● Conduct project evaluations and identify/initiate new research pipelines.
● Manage and evaluate personnel participating in autoimmune and oncology biologics projects.
● Maintain R&D history and prepare regulatory documentation
Qualifications
● Ph.D. in Immunology, Antibody Engineering, or Molecular Biology.
● 7+ years of professional experience in biopharmaceutical (including antibody) R&D.
● Proficiency in English communication.
