Key Responsibilities

• Enhancement and optimization of GC Biopharma's proprietary mRNA platform technology

• Establishment of in-house mRNA-based gene editing technology

Major Role

• mRNA Platform Advancement: Lead the development of advanced mRNA designs and secure intellectual property (IP) through patent filings

• Strategic Pipeline Expansion: Establish in-house advanced mRNA technologies to build a competitive R&D pipeline across therapeutic areas including gene editing

• Next-Generation Technology Development: Analyze global mRNA platform trends and drive the development of next-generation RNA therapeutics, such as cell-specific expression systems

Qualifications

[Requirement]

• Ph.D. in mRNA/RNA Biology, Molecular Biology, Gene Editing, or a related field

• Proficiency in advanced molecular biology techniques and a comprehensive understanding of mRNA biology

• Strong ability to analyze the physicochemical properties of mRNA to optimize stability and therapeutic performance

• Competency in in vitro/in vivo mRNA performance evaluation

[Preferred Qualification]

• 5+ years of industry experience

• Proficiency in AI/Machine Learning applied to bioinformatics and data analysis

• Excellent proficiency in English
