Dear Young Scholars,
The Korean American Society in Biotech and Pharmaceuticals (KASBP) announces the 11th Annual KASBP Symposium, to be held at Sheraton Edison Hotel-Raritan Center, Edison, NJ on October 28-29, 2011. The symposium is sponsored by KUSCO, KSEA (Korean-American Scientists and Engineers Association) and Daewoong Pharmaceutical Co.
This symposium will focus on current trends in drug discovery & development and development of young bio-pharmaceutical professionals. This symposium will also provide an opportunity for members to establish professional networks and to share information and experiences between members in pursuit of excellence in research & development. A highlight of the symposium will be the presentation of the KASBP-Daewoong fellowship awards to young scholars – graduate students and post-docs who excel in research.
Following the success of our prior symposium, KASBP cordially invites submissions of abstract and CV to the 11th Annual KASBP Symposium.

Medical science, Biological & Pharmaceutical science, Organic chemistry, and/or related area
Submissions:
Prospective authors should submit their paper titles, abstracts, and CV by October 7, 2011 with the author name(s), affiliation(s), postal and e-mail address, as well as telephone number and brief biography.
Format: preferably in {need sample} format on MS Word or Power Point (No PDF file)

Conference Format:
The conference starts with the opening ceremony and banquet at 6:00 PM on October 28 (Fri). The symposium session will begin at 9:00 AM and end at 5:00 PM on October 29 (Sat).
