1. Registration (Online registration is now open)

Please see Membership page for detailed membership information. You should be an active member to be eligible for the free or discounted registration fee listed below. 

a. Early Bird/Online till Oct 4, 2015

i.       Regular member: Free

ii.      Graduate Student/post-doc: Free

iii.      Associate member: $450

b. Regular/Online from Oct 5, 2015 to Oct 25, 2015

i.       Regular member: $20 

ii.      Graduate Student/post-doc: $20

iii.      Associate member: $470

c. On-site registration is possible but will incur additional $10 fee from the regular pricing (section b).

2. Hotel reservation 

a. Reservation is accepted and confirmed upon payment online.  Any reservation unpaid by Oct 25, 2015 may be canceled.  The deadline for hotel fee refund is also Oct 25, 2015.

b.  호텔 예약은 비용 지불시 확정됩니다. 10월25일까지 비용이 지불 되지 않은 예약은 취소될 수도 있습니다. 지불하신 호텔비 환급 마감일도 10월25일입니다. 10월 25일 이후에는 방이 available한 경우에 추가 예약이 가능하지만, 추가 비용이 부과될 예정입니다. 이에 대한 문의는 kasbpdirectors@gmail.com 으로 해 주시면 됩니다.

d.  From Oct 5, 2015 to Oct 25, 2015

i.      Single room $120

ii.     Room to share $70 (please specify gender to receive room assignment)

(Note) A single room should be reserved when accompanying family member(s). The registrant can request bed types (one queen or two doubles)

3. Accompanying family (가족 동반 여부): $30 for food and snacks including four meals including Saturday dinner

4. Saturday Dinner: Ichiumi seafood buffet in Edison, NJ (included with the registration)
