JOB DESCRIPTION
· BS in Chemical Engineering is a must
· Chemical Manufacturing; process and product technology
· Root Cause Analysis
· Plant process equipment, chemistry and controls
· Managing projects, planning, task identification and achieving milestones
· Knowledge of Process Safety Management and ISO process awareness/compliance
· Provide technical support and drive continuous improvements in manufacturing process
· Improve Plant Performance
· Gather and evaluate appropriate data
· Operations Technical Support
· Resolve Quality Issues
· Develop and provide training as required to support manufacturing personnel
· Assist in development of plant-wide Standard Operating Procedures for process and equipment operation
· Ensure all product and process changes are implemented consistent with Management
· Support and implement new product and process runs
· Develop and implement equipment, procedure and process changes including design and implementation of improvement projects
· Provide support to develop and implement plant related capital projects.
