    Amgen is seeking a Senior Scientist, Drug Substance Development, at their site in Seattle, Washington.  This Senior Scientist will be responsible for leading development of early and late phase recovery and purification processes for Amgen's large molecule pipeline. Responsibilities include purification process development that utilizes harvest, clarification, chromatography, and/or filtration technologies as well as completing virus clearance studies.     DSM is seeking to fill two positions at its new purpose built, state-of-the-art cGMP manufacturing facility which was recently bought online in Brisbane, Australia.  The first position is that of Process Engineer, Downstream.  We are seeking a Process Engineer to lead the technology transfer of the downstream purification process of mammalian-derived recombinant proteins into our cGMP manufacturing facility.  The second position is a Manufacturing Production Supervisor, Downstream.  We are seeking a supervisor to lead the team (4-8 bioprocess technicians) responsible for the downstream purification of mammalian-derived recombinant proteins under cGMPs.  To learn more, click on the job links above.

    Merck is seeking a Principal Scientist, Protein Purification, at their site in Palo Alto, California. The successful candidate will manage a group of four scientists (including one PhD-level scientist) to purify and characterize a variety of reagent and therapeutic candidate proteins including tagged and untagged proteins, monoclonal antibodies, and antibody scaffolds.
