[Job Description]
- 글로벌대기업 제약부문 Head (Principal~Director) of NBE
- Directs New Biological Entity Development Group in all aspects of NBE activities
- Full responsibility for managing scientific direction and strategic program development
- Resources for all the NBE current programs and identification of new internal and externally licensed programs

[Job Requirements]
- Ph.D. degree (Major: biology, life science, biochemistry, pharmacy, medicine)
- Ph.D with over 10 years experience in industrial background
- Experience as Principal, Director, or Vice President, or equivalent position, in novel biologics drug development in (bio)pharmaceutical company
- Leadership and excellent cross-functional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, Move (location) in South Korea (MUST)
