• Organic/ Process/ Inorganic Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, Ph.D with at least 3 years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical industry preferably in a development/ validation role
  
• Study and/or work career in USA or EU (English speaking country)
  
• Demonstrated project management and technical leadership capability
  
• Validation of Process to support Clinical and Commercial manufacture of starting materials, intermediates & API.
  
• Bilingual ability (Korean) is a plus
