ㆍLead Medicinal Chemistry Research Operations

ㆍManage 3 Discovery Projects that rely heavily on creative synthesis

ㆍLead, develop, and implement overall medicinal chemistry strategies on projects, providing key expertise in medicinal chemistry and related disciplines (DMPK, biology, computational chemistry, structural biology etc)

ㆍSupport projects by organizing and managing data sets and analyzing data trends to provide key correlations to help guide medicinal and/or synthetic chemistry

ㆍCollaborate effectively with multiple cross-functional teams in and out of the Company

ㆍInspire, mentor, and teach medicinal chemists to generate molecules using efficient synthetic routes

ㆍEnsure effective use and oversight of CROs to bring value and flexibility to the Company, if necessary

ㆍTake the lead and contribute to IP, manuscript generation, external presentations at scientific conferences
