    NeoImmuneTech, Inc. is a clinical-stage private biotech company focused on novel immunotherapeutics development (www.NeoImmuneTech.com). We are seeking a full-time R&D Associate to join our R&D team in Maryland(MD). Qualified individuals will play a role in drug development in the immuno-oncology area. The candidate will work on experiment design, data analysis, summary, and report. The candidate is expected to be well organized, multi-functional and self-motivated.


    Essential Job Functions:

    Participate in research-related activities in conjunction with other staff members and external collaborators including formulating and writing proposals, planning, and management of research projects, report preparation, research trend analysis, and presentation of findings on an as needed.

    Manage projects of moderate size and scope; makes substantial contributions to determining the feasibility of goals and objectives. Identifies problems and related technical issues leading to long-term, generic solutions; identifies a technical approach for solving problems and meeting research objectives and milestones.

    Maintains external research relationships to identify and develop new funding sources.

    Perform other assigned duties.


    Minimum Requirements:

    Bachelors or master’s in biology, biochemistry, or another related field. B.S. 1-5 years of relevant experiences in the industry (preferred) or academia. M.S. 0-3 years' experience in industry (preferred) or academia.

    Diverse knowledge and experience in various relevant areas, including but not limited to immunology, molecular & cell biology, biochemistry, neuroscience, and others.

    Capable of performing multiple functions in a fast-paced environment.

    Strong technical writing and presentation skills.

    Excellent record keeping abilities to adequately record R&D activities.

    Understanding of general FDA regulatory requirements associated with biological approval for human use. GMP experience is a plus.

    Bilingual ability (Korean) is a plus


    Salary commensurate with experience
