Title: Commercial Manager or Director

[Job Description]
- Provide strategic oversight and guidance to strategic/business plan forecasts, brand strategies and new product launch plans with the goal to improve decision making and achievement of sales targets.
- Monitor performance through panels. Modelling ROI. Conceiving statistical models and coordinating of multi country sales forecasts.
- Perform portfolio financial modeling and valuation, risk assessment and scenario analysis; support portfolio prioritization process and make recommendations for action to leadership.
- Develop project budgeting, risk assessment and resource management methods, tools and processes that provided value-added information for decision making while minimizing the burden of data collection.
- Responsible for coordinating, integrating and translating primary and secondary, competitive and environmental insights into forecasting models and market analytics.
[Requirement]
- MBA preferred. Biological or social science degree.
- Minimum 10years experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is must.
- Native or excellent oral and written communication skills in English

- Develop a thorough understanding of the Biosimilars market state, competitive products, originator products and market dynamics
- Work proactively with cross functional teams to understand business objectives
- Create a system covering continuous analysis and reporting of quantitative market data (e.g. IMS)
- Manage projects from inception to completion ensuring they remain within scope, budget and desired timing
- Carve out market research findings into key actionable insights and clearly communicate results
- Manage vendors and provide appropriate direction to maintain alignment of project objectives
- Integration of information across all departments and projects globally
- Establish and manage an integrated Competitive Intelligence system
- Define Key Intelligence Topics that will support on-going Competitive Intelligence Monitoring
- Provide Timely Competitive Intelligence reporting and alerts that will foster competitive readiness
- Partner with team members to continually learn and inspire others in the spirit of continuous improvement
